Letters

Numerology is a psychological assessment tool whose accuracy relies upon a multitude of idiosyncrasies which have been embedded in our unconscious by repetitive programming and reinforced every moment of every day. The process begins upon conception and accelerates once we begin school. At the same time that we learn about letters and numbers we are sentenced to abide by strict systems of number, word and sentence structure. This compulsory process called education becomes a fluent artificer of our unconscious thought patterns and resulting actions.

One fundamental we learn is that every name must be constructed with a string of small letters led by a capital letter. There are some exceptions permitted, when names are entirely written with capitals and when a surname is prefixed with ‘de’ for instance followed by the second part of the surname which does begin with a capital. But you’ll notice that these exceptions elicit brief but strange psychological responses when they are encountered, as will capital and small letters appearing in unconventional circumstances: they are not getting with the programme. Pedants get very upset by this. People with what’s called dyslexia or those who have other difficulties with spelling - are not falling under the spell - and meet extreme prejudice so much so that their whole life can be blighted by those who are. One of the biggest tragedies is that the un-entranced are very often amongst this world’s most imaginative and creative people.

We do not choose our names, and very rarely do our parents - even if they think they did. It is nearly all down to subconscious programming motivating people to choose a name with an energetic pattern that suits their deepest desires for what they want their child to be like - and it’s the same with nicknames; they are given to us by others who have an unconscious desire to change us into what they want us to be. And we will change, for better or worse.
